Delirium

Topher Grace stars in this supernatural-thriller about a man recently released from a mental institution, who inherits a mansion after his parents die. After a series of disturbing events, he comes to believe the house is haunted. Directed by Dennis Iliadis, the film co-stars Patricia Clarkson, is written by Adam Alleca, and is produced by Jason Blum of Blumhouse Productions.
