Academy Award winner James Cagney stars with Pat O'Brien and Gloria Stuart! Sailor Chester J. O'Connor (Cagney) realizes he picked the wrong man in the dance hall to pick a fight with when he gets assigned to Chief Petty Officer Biff Martin's (O'Brien) ship.
